📋 Description

• Configure systems and manage corporate workflows in Jira, using an automation-first and AI-driven approach to reduce manual tasks. • Optimize Direct Booking (OABP) and PetDesk Communication Tools, ensuring campaign accuracy while building automation to streamline recurring setup. • Monitor key metrics and dashboards to spot issues early, resolve risks, and prevent escalations. • Lead the rollout and ongoing improvement of the FillRate (FRDB) platform, supporting hospital teams and ensuring accurate, compliant reporting. • Assist with reporting and analytics in Tableau, Looker Studio, and other dashboards, integrating AI validation for scalable insights. • Support major corporate initiatives (e.g., CareVet Rebrand Phase II, AmeriVet Direct Booking Templates) through system updates and project coordination. • Partner with the Manager and Corporate CX team to create clear, accessible knowledge resources—Guru cards, newsletters, and documentation. • Continuously explore AI opportunities to simplify processes, improve decisions, and boost overall efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in product implementation, client onboarding, or operations support, ideally within a SaaS, healthcare, or veterinary setting. • Proficient in using a variety of tools to support data analysis, project management, and client operations — including Tableau (data visualization and reporting), Smartsheet (project tracking and coordination), Jira (task and issue management), and Salesforce or similar CRM systems (account tracking and reporting). • Exceptional English communication skills—clear, timely, and professional in both written and verbal interactions. • Demonstrated high attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy, process documentation, and quality control. • Self-starter with a bias for action, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
