📋 Description

• Lead the regional execution of the Access & Reimbursement strategies and tactics • Provide insights to Primacy Care leadership, franchise leaders, SAS, HUB, IM Sales, Payer Solutions and KAM leadership • Review selected KPI performance, market and access trends to assess regional performance • Collaborate with FALs and other leaders to appropriately manage budget and assign allocations and resources • Optimize regional Access & Reimbursement through deployment, alignment, and vacancy management • Champion the Purpose of Blueprint 2.0, Ambitions, Bold Moves and Values to the region • Develop a compliant culture that drives the Pfizer Values through People/HR Processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred • Minimum 10+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience • Experience leading teams, with a minimum of 2+ years in access with coding and reimbursement experience across multiple therapeutic areas • 3+ years in a promoted position with demonstrated success leading teams • Matrixed leadership experience preferred • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards • Able to lead in a fast-paced environment • Solid understanding of Access and Reimbursement, Government Payment Systems, Provider/Carrier Networks • Training in and experience in responsible business communication both written and spoken
