📋 Description

• Work with other HSD’s, Field Sales, Marketing, and relevant HQ teams to support pricing and contracting discussions • Negotiate with customers and facilitate communication with key HQ functions • Develop Hospital and Biosimilar strategies within the Region • Engage appropriate customer targets for pricing/value messages • Comply with all Corporate Policies and Procedures while conducting job-related activities

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical affairs, and/or corporate account management • Minimum 3–5 years of direct biosimilars and Generic Sterile Injectables experience • Knowledge of Regulatory pathways (FDA, EMA, Health Canada) and interchangeability requirements • Understanding of manufacturing and quality standards for biologics and generic sterile injectables including comparability exercises • Proven success in engaging Academic Medical Centers, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and large group practice community accounts • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
