📋 Description

• Design and develop architectures, methodologies, and best practices for ServiceNow solutions across diverse environments. • Lead deployments and operations for Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR). • Ensure alignment with technology roadmaps; evaluate new technologies and integration approaches. • Review technical designs for quality, standards compliance, and risk mitigation. • Influence technical decisions at leadership levels using strong domain expertise. • Mentor junior team members and promote excellence in software design and development.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of ServiceNow SecOps experience (SIR/VR) • Strong understanding of CMDB, ITSM processes, and how they support Security Operations • Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow SecOps with SIEM tools (e.g., Tenable, Splunk) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system architecture skills • Experience designing, integrating, and testing multi-platform software systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly Preferred: ServiceNow Security Incident Response Implementation • Highly Preferred: ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Implementation • Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • Preferred: CIS – IT Service Management
