• Manage and grow paid acquisition Lead, with support from our Sr Growth Marketer, campaign strategy and execution across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). • Continuously refine targeting, bidding, and creatives to hit ROI and CPA goals. • Write and test high-converting ad copy and visuals using tools like Canva, Figma, or AI design assistants. • Build and optimize Webflow landing pages that convert; focusing on clarity, intent, and UX. • Experiment as needed with new Ad platforms (Reddit, LinkedIn). • Design and implement AI workflows to automate ad creation, audience testing, and reporting. • Integrate AI agents for campaign monitoring and creative iteration. • Use AI personalization to adapt content and landing pages dynamically to user behavior. • Analyze performance data and share actionable insights with the team. • Build Looker Studio dashboards to visualize trends and track KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, focused on Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Proven record managing ad budgets above €20K/month. • Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect data to revenue outcomes. • Attention to detail & strong project management skills supporting move from scrappy startup to structured scale up. • Experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency or creative production. • Confident in copywriting and ad concept ideation for performance campaigns. • Experience with landing page builders (Webflow, Framer, or similar). • Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio for performance tracking. • Fluent (C2) in English, both written and spoken. • Fast learner and analytical mindset — focused on revenue generation and improving key metrics. • Knowledge of B2B SaaS growth funnels or self-serve product-led acquisition. (highly appreciated) • Experience with lifecycle or CRM tools (Brevo, Customer.io).
