📋 Description

• Serve as the trusted technical leader for major healthcare accounts • Serve as a single point of contact to ensure systems are healthy and up and running • Provide regular updates on solution performance • Monitor trends in case management • Engage with customer support to drive resolution of escalated customer issues • Plan and implement large software installations or manage them after installation • Support clinical and/or health care applications • Manage system performance, stakeholder relationships, stability, innovation, and long-term customer success across Philips’ managed services solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years’ experience in complex health system IT environments • 3+ years’ experience in consultative, post-sales enterprise solutions using client/server architecture • Additional experience supporting clinical and/or health care applications is a plus • 3+ years’ experience planning and implementing large software installations or managing them after installation • Extensive knowledge of medical imaging systems, DICOM, and HL7 messaging standards • Ability to successfully perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation • US work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered
