📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and custom platform capabilities. • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives. • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solution designs and implementation roadmaps. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce administrators, developers, business analysts, and integration teams. • Architect complex integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and event-driven architectures. • Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices for data modeling, security, governance, automation, release management, and DevOps processes. • Evaluate current-state architecture and recommend improvements to scalability, maintainability, and system performance. • Lead solution reviews, technical design sessions, and architecture governance processes. • Support estimation, project planning, risk assessment, and technical delivery management for Salesforce initiatives. • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements across all Salesforce solutions. • Stay current on Salesforce platform innovations and recommend emerging technologies and capabilities that align with business strategy. • Collaborate with enterprise architecture and IT leadership to align Salesforce solutions with broader technology strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments. • 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect role. • Deep expertise across Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform customization. • Strong experience designing Salesforce integrations with ERP, marketing, customer support, and other enterprise systems. • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, SOQL, and Salesforce security architecture. • Proven experience leading complex Salesforce implementations with multiple stakeholders and large-scale user bases. • Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategies. • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional technology teams. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent.
