📋 Description

• Leverage AI and automation tools to eliminate manual processes, improve efficiency, and increase data quality and timeliness. • Apply systems-thinking to map business processes, identify dependencies, and design solutions that operate reliably across data and workflow layers. • Translate stakeholder requests into clear requirements and build automated, auditable workflows that minimize human intervention. • Develop, enhance, and validate dashboards, reports, and automation outputs that support decision-making for Provider Operations. • Maintain detailed documentation in Confluence, including process logic, change logs, and automation ownership details. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Systems, Data Engineering, and Provider stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent data flow. • Proactively identify recurring work that can be simplified or eliminated through automation or process redesign.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, RevOps, or Operations Analytics. • Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data structures. • Experience using AI and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot, ChatGPT, or comparable tools). • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured logic and scalable workflows. • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query (M), or other business intelligence tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills grounded in systems thinking and process design. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear documentation and concise stakeholder updates. • Basic proficiency in SQL, Excel, or scripting languages (Python, VBA, or Office Scripts) preferred. • Continuous-improvement mindset with curiosity to learn emerging AI capabilities and automation techniques. • Salesforce experience is required • Demonstrated AI/automation Platform experience is required
