📋 Description

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within the government sector • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with government regulations • Manage project resources to meet contractual obligations and budgets • Plan, organize, and coordinate project lifecycle for technology infrastructure (server, mainframe, storage, database, network) • Manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and close-out • Establish project requirements, priorities, deadlines, and acquire necessary resources • Design project plans defining tasks, milestones, scope, resources, and personnel • Direct technological research and oversee development of solution roadmaps • Provide innovative solutions to complex problems to drive business objectives • Present material to senior Government officials and liaise with internal and client project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c) • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification • HS Diploma/GED • 15+ years experience supporting Information Technology as a Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager • Strong technical understanding of Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior Government officials • Ability to interact and communicate with managers and functional experts across teams • Demonstrated experience executing, monitoring, and managing projects to successful, on-budget completion • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring compliance with government regulations • Experience with project lifecycle management for servers, mainframe, storage, database, and network technologies
