📋 Description

• Senior Technical Lead for ICAM who assures system stability, integrity, and efficient operation • Support development of acquisition documentation, milestone reviews, and key operational/test events • Verify system maintenance and optimization once operational • Oversee engineering activities supporting development, modification, or operation of information systems • Plan, design, develop, evaluate, test, and integrate systems infrastructure including hardware and software • Lead and supervise Systems Engineering staff and manage systems engineering team • Provide support to review, maintain, and optimize networked software and associated operating systems • Execute and manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies; plan cost, schedule, and execution • Develop and review technical performance metrics • Integrate with ID verification third-party services and support IBM, Oracle, and cloud-based products • Work within agile/scrum environments to assess architectural impacts of enhancements and defects • Communicate technical concepts effectively in written and verbal form

🎯 Requirements

• Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c) • AWS Solution Architect certification (mandatory) • HS Diploma/GED • Twelve (12)+ years of experience in supporting Identity Credential and Access Management technologies • Seven (7)+ years of experience working and integrating with ID Verification third-party servicers (Transunion, Experian, Equifax, LexisNexis) • Seven (7)+ years of experience in supporting IBM Products, Oracle Products, and Cloud Base Products • Strong technical understanding of IT systems, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services • Experience with planning, management, leadership, and coordination of multiple concurrent tasks for large-scale highly available systems • Demonstrated understanding of the software development/enhancement/maintenance lifecycle • Experience with agile development/scrum • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Training and certification in the target ICAM product, desired in the IBM products (desired)
