📋 Description

• Lead regional marketing efforts to grow awareness, adoption, and trading volume across key European markets. • Develop localized strategies, manage regional KOLs and media partners, and execute integrated campaigns. • Identify country-level opportunities for user growth and brand positioning. • Plan and localize global campaigns for the European audience. • Collaborate with Product, Ops, and BI teams to measure ROI and user conversion performance. • Build and manage relationships with regional influencers, trading communities, and crypto media. • Drive community activation and education through AMAs, meetups, and content collaborations. • Monitor KPIs such as user acquisition, engagement, and trading volume from Europe.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing within crypto, fintech, or trading-related industries. • Strong understanding of DeFi ecosystems, DEX operations, trading incentives, and user journeys. • Proven success in executing regional or multi-market campaigns. • Existing network of European crypto influencers, media, or communities is a strong advantage. • Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus). • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and optimize accordingly.
