📋 Description

• Participate in Discovery processes, bringing the users' perspective; • Design interfaces, from concepts and prototypes to final layouts; • Collaborate with design teams, product managers, and engineers to validate solutions; • Conduct usability testing; • Create design handoffs for the engineering team; • Monitor the development and release cycle to verify that the designed experience meets the initial objectives; • Improve and maintain our Design System together with other designers; • Contribute to and promote a strong design culture.
