📋 Description

• Design and develop learner-centered training deliverables, including ILT materials, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, user guides, and e-Learning modules • Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles • Develop interactive e-Learning solutions using authoring platforms • Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and business stakeholders • Create scenario-based learning, simulations, and performance support tools • Align training materials with Federal and public sector standards, policies, terminology, accessibility requirements, and compliance obligations • Partner with Change Management and Communications teams • Review and quality-assure training materials • Develop and track training metrics, learner feedback, and effectiveness measures • Leverage Microsoft Copilot, AI writing assistants, voiceover generators, and content creation platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Training Development, and Training Needs Analysis supporting business and technology transformation initiatives • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies • Experience developing Instructor-Led Training and e-Learning solutions • Proficiency with Articulate Rise 360, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools • Experience with Microsoft 365, Learning Management Systems, and Microsoft Forms • Experience using Power BI and/or Excel for training effectiveness measurement, learner feedback analysis, and reporting • Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled content creation tools • Ability to translate complex business processes, system changes, and technical concepts into clear learning materials • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced project environment • Federal Government or public sector training experience is an asset • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset but not required • Reliability Security Clearance or higher required at time of application
