📋 Description
• Gather, analyze, and document product requirements for EDP solutions • Use Microsoft Dynamics and Azure to design and deliver product solutions • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through execution, including planning, development, and launch • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Monitor product performance and user feedback and implement improvements • Facilitate training and provide ongoing end-user support • Collaborate with development, marketing, and customer support teams • Maintain documentation of product specifications, processes, and updates
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product specialist or related role • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Azure platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Keen attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Reliability security clearance or higher required at time of application • Enhanced security clearance required for the position
