📋 Description

• Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams • Identify, document, track, and support resolution of cross-stream dependencies • Perform dependency mapping and critical path analysis to identify schedule risks • Facilitate stakeholder discussions to resolve dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges • Support project plans, work breakdown structures, and delivery schedules • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements • Maintain project governance artifacts, including status reports, RAID logs, and decision registers • Collect, validate, and consolidate project-team inputs for leadership and governance reporting • Monitor risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions, supporting mitigation and escalation • Prepare dashboards, executive reporting materials, meeting minutes, and governance documentation • Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to track deliverables and support project execution

🎯 Requirements

• Current Government of Canada Reliability clearance or higher required at time of application • Experience with Microsoft Project for project schedules, integrated plans, milestones, and dependencies • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) • Experience managing RAID logs • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, and SharePoint • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools • Experience producing executive-level status reports and dashboards • Understanding of project governance practices and decision logs • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities and reporting deadlines • Stakeholder coordination and relationship management skills
