📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology initiatives • Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, and governance frameworks • Establish and lead governance forums, executive reviews, and stakeholder engagements • Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations for decision-making • Build relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners • Lead cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams • Manage RAID items and decisions, including mitigation, escalation, ownership, and resolution • Monitor delivery performance, critical path activities, and overall program health • Lead stakeholder communications and change enablement activities • Manage vendor performance, deliverables, and contractual commitments • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, governance, reporting, and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex business transformation and technology implementation initiatives with end-to-end delivery accountability • Expertise in project delivery, program delivery, strategic planning, roadmap development, governance, financial oversight, and resource management • Experience with executive stakeholder management and facilitating governance forums • Experience influencing senior leaders and driving organizational alignment • Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, critical path activities, and delivery performance across large, multi-stream initiatives • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in complex matrix organizations • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Project, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations and measurable business outcomes • Reliability Status security clearance or higher required at time of application
