📋 Description

• Coach and mentor teams, team leads, and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives • Identify and resolve delivery impediments to improve team velocity and effectiveness • Support planning, estimation, prioritization, resource allocation, and release management activities • Implement delivery metrics, governance controls, and performance measures to track progress and outcomes • Utilize Azure DevOps to support backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and delivery tracking • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage dependencies and support successful program delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Agile Project Management, Scrum, and Agile delivery environments • Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams within complex transformation programs • Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology, Agile best practices, delivery governance, and continuous improvement • Experience with planning, estimation, prioritization, resource planning, release planning, and delivery management • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps for Agile planning, tracking, and reporting
