📋 Description
• Manage daily operations across DevOps, Security, and IT — setting priorities and tracking progress against goals • Partner with Engineering leads to translate requirements into actionable technical plans • Drive improvements in automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and system performance • Ensure infrastructure is stable, secure, and optimized for cost and scalability • Provide mentorship and support to ICs, building their skills and career growth • Track and report team OKRs and KPIs, ensuring visibility into delivery and risks • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure strong, reliable partnerships • Stay hands-on when appropriate — assisting in incident response, technical reviews, or automation work
🎯 Requirements
• ~6–8+ years of DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure experience • 2+ years of people management or team lead experience • Solid expertise with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and database operations • Working knowledge of security practices and compliance standards • Demonstrated ability to coach individuals, manage projects, and build team alignment • Strong communicator who can simplify technical issues for non-technical partners
