📋 Description

• Join the German Scalable Capital team in Chania, Crete • Be a reliable contact for existing customers via telephone, e-mail or chat • Network with other departments for complex questions • Responsible for customer satisfaction and loyalty • Expand expertise in finance through training • Use customer feedback for product and process improvement • Work closely with Product, Capital Markets, Sales and Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English • Very good communication skills in English • Successfully completed a bachelors or masters degree (preferably with a focus on finance) or are about to complete it, or completed bank training • Affinity for capital market products and digital solutions • Friendly and solution-oriented way of working • Ability to work conscientiously and detail-oriented under time pressure
