📋 Description

• Join our Nordic Customer Care team that supports the electronic payment architects. • Youll be the first point of contact for customer and client requests. • Answer inquiries from retailers, merchants, and shop owners related to their POS devices. • Discover and troubleshoot issues, guiding customers toward desired outcomes. • Ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction. • Strive for excellence in every customer interaction, promoting increased product usage and loyalty. • Commit to meeting personal and team targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and very good use of English (both written and spoken) • Prior work experience in a customer support role is advantageous • Exceptional communication skills, soft skills, and a problem-solving mentality • Familiarity with Android OS, advanced PC skills, and a willingness to learn • Demonstrate genuine ownership and an unbreakable team spirit • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
