📋 Description

• Responsible for strategically relevant, technically-driven projects with high visibility across the company • Ensure the planned implementation of technology initiatives, infrastructure projects and transformation programs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Engineering, IT, Product Management, Sales and Customer Operations • Manage complex, strategically significant technology projects • Plan, prioritize and maintain the project roadmap in alignment with company objectives • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders • Monitor project progress, dependencies, milestones and budgets • Support decision-making with clear analyses and reports • Ensure compliance with capital and operating expenditures as defined by the business case • Manage resources, priorities and risks in line with project objectives • Evolve project management methods and standards within the Strategic Projects department • Coach project managers across the organisation and strengthen company-wide project management capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience leading complex technical or transformation projects, preferably in the telecommunications sector • Deep understanding of telecommunications business processes, network infrastructures and IT interfaces • Strong methodological skills, technical affinity and high execution capability • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) or experience with agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) is an advantage • Comfortable working in a mid-sized company environment with flat hierarchies, personal responsibility and freedom to shape processes
