📋 Description

• Lead the design of our product surfaces, creating seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms • Develop and implement a cohesive design system to bridge the technical complexity of applied cryptography system with the expected quality of user-friendly interfaces • Improve documentation flows and technical illustrations for our developer community • Drive the evolution of our brand identity and product design language • Design innovative solutions for displaying cryptographic processes and verification states to end-users • Create intuitive onboarding experiences • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement and iterate on design solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating complex user flows and system thinking • Strong experience in designing cross-platform experiences (web, mobile, and desktop) • Proven track record of shipping products that simplify technical concepts for end-users • Experience with design systems and component libraries • Ability to prototype interactions and animations to communicate design intent • Strong understanding of user research and data-informed design decisions • Experience collaborating with engineers and ability to understand technical constraints • Nice to have: Experience designing developer tools or technical products • Familiarity with cryptography • Experience designing documentation or technical content
