📋 Description

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI products aligned with company goals and market needs. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development. • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap for AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch. • Prioritize user experience to ensure AI products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet customer expectations. • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions. • Manage stakeholders (executives, customers, partners) to gather feedback and ensure alignment. • Ensure AI products comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred • 5+ years of product management experience • Proven track record of scaling AI products or platforms across an organization • Ambiguity Scale: Ability to translate business goals into identified problems to solve. • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics. • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make data-driven decisions. • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
