• Lead and manage the sales and marketing function, including strategy, planning, execution, and reporting. • Oversee the work of team members across creative, content, CRM, social media, and campaign delivery. • Own the marketing calendar, ensuring launches, promotions, and campaigns are delivered on time. • Review and approve sales and marketing copy, creative assets, and funnels before launch. • Track and analyze KPIs for sales funnels, launches, and ongoing campaigns, reporting performance to leadership. • Manage CRM updates, lead routing, and sales process optimization. • Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into executable sales and marketing strategies. • Facilitate weekly planning and accountability meetings with the sales and marketing team. • Identify risks, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies in sales and marketing workflows and proactively drive solutions. • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all sales and marketing materials meet quality standards.
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing leadership roles. • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team in a remote environment. • Strong knowledge of online sales funnels, marketing automation, and digital campaign execution. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organzational skills. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and marketing performance goals. • Proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Zoho, Clickfunnels, WordPress, and Canva. • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and stay highly organized. • Must be able to work full-time during US business hours (Eastern or Central Time preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
