• Overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end patient flow across Mental Health services. • Providing operational leadership for intake, patient access, scheduling, provider capacity management, referral conversion, care coordination, billing throughput, and process improvement initiatives. • Identifying bottlenecks, implementing scalable workflows, and ensuring timely, high-quality care throughout the treatment journey. • Recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing team members. • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations. • Monitoring and improving new patient conversion rates and reducing barriers to care.
• Bilingual. • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3–5 years of healthcare operations or patient access experience. • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. • Experience with mental health. • Strong knowledge of scheduling workflows and patient access management. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
