📋 Description

• Support a critical operational support service, process, capability or initiative within an operational unit and ensure performance and/or risk indicators are met. • Establish and monitor process performance measurements and business impact. • Prepare performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management. • Monitor the production workflow and assist team members with escalated process issues. • Independently identify and resolve exceptions and serve as a point of escalation. • Monitor effectiveness and efficiency of production and/or processes. • Determine and/or drive change and improvement efforts in production and/or processes. • Ensure the business adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory standards. • Independently resolve compliance issues and drive risk mitigation activities.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field and or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of related commercial loan servicing experience preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with a focus on customer service. • Ability to efficiently utilize commercial loan processing systems. • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced work environment. • Experience with PNC Commercial Real Estate Loan Processing Systems is a plus.
