• Active acquisition of new customers and sustainable expansion of existing customer relationships within the Central Germany sales territory • Identification and development of new market opportunities and successful marketing of our product range • Management of exciting customer projects in close cooperation with internal departments and specialists • Responsibility for the successful development of your sales territory and achievement of agreed sales targets • Building and maintaining a strong network through personal customer contacts, trade shows and sales initiatives
• Completed technical or skilled-trade vocational training with commercial understanding, or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in the construction industry and ideally in the sales of advisory-intensive structural building products • Willingness to travel within the sales territory and to trade shows and events • Confident use of ERP systems, preferably ProAlpha • Strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills and a keen sense for building sustainable customer relationships
