🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of Legal Assistant experience required! • Strong initiative, demonstrating an ability to quickly resolve document issues. • Strong organizational skills. • Able to work collaboratively in a team setting. • Able to manage multiple projects/tasks at a time. • Possess advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications; expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus! • Ability to communicate in a professional and timely manner to develop rapport with both team and end-users. • Ability to maintain strong working relationships. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail with proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams. • Proofreading experience preferred. • Calm and solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving. • Proven ability to take initiative and make sound, independent decisions. • Flexible, dependable team player with a positive, proactive mindset.
