📋 Description
• Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and posting of opportunities. • Update client records; • Enter internship program data and keep the database up to date; • Direct users to the appropriate Portal pages according to requested services; • Answer client questions about products and services; • Handle inquiries and register new clients; • Assist with maintaining the database (client registration); • Support technical promotion of products; • Provide customer service via email, phone, and WhatsApp to inform clients about processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing (technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields; • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease working with computerized systems; • Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to perform tasks that require concentration; • Must have at least one year remaining before graduation / be available to intern for at least one year; • Must reside in São Paulo (capital) or Greater São Paulo, as there are in-person meetings.
