📋 Description

• Own the brand function from the ground up • Define Practice Better's unique brand positioning voice, and identity framework • Lead messaging architecture ensuring precision and consistency • Conduct ongoing competitive brand audits • Lead content planning and strategy • Build and manage a year-round content calendar • Design and run brand programs that are measurable and scalable • Develop programs that turn customers into brand advocates • Deliver on-brand events, webinars, and joint campaigns • Build relationships with relevant journalists and platforms • Propose brand KPIs and own the measurement framework

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of brand and content marketing experience • Proven track record at a SaaS company in the $25M–$100M ARR range • Experience in health, wellness, or health-adjacent tech is a strong plus • Built brand positioning and content strategy from near-scratch • Ran PR and earned media without an agency
