• Demonstrated credibility with executive audiences • Background in a high-performance professional field or years of delivering high-stakes training • AI tools used daily • Stay current on platform capabilities, feature releases, and best practices • Absorb new client contexts fast • Hold the room's credibility under pressure • Know how to find the converted skeptic • Remove friction before you add motivation • Entrepreneurial mindset
