📋 Description
• Contribute to the achievement of the Evidence Solutions group’s business strategies and goals • Partner with applicable senior leaders, operations directors, and resource coordinators across teams • Apply functional/technical expertise to enable and enhance operational performance • Assess capacity data against estimated quarterly revenue to advise management • Identify data trends and work with managers to meet utilization targets • Collaborate with Operations team, HR, and Talent Acquisition to set onboarding protocols
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • 4+ years in Resource Management or Project Management with heavy involvement in resourcing in a consulting environment • Strong reporting skills using Excel and other project management tools • Working knowledge of engagement-based consulting resource requirements • Appreciation for the pace and rigor of a consulting environment • May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
