📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • At PMB, we owe our success to the efficiency of our organizational processes. • To maintain and enhance this standard, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities and drive operational excellence. • The ideal candidate will have a strategic business mindset and a proven track record in managing multiple departments to maximize productivity. • This individual will play a critical leadership role in Human Resources (HR), Administration, Information Technology (IT), and Finance, ensuring that PMB’s operational infrastructure supports the company’s strategic goals in a fully remote environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field ( Master’s preferred ). • 3+ years of experience in operations management. • Proven experience overseeing finance, technology, HR, and administration departments. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Expertise in process improvement, budgeting, and data analysis.
