📋 Description

• Overseeing multiple projects comprised of cross functional staff • Serving as the project manager and primary client contact on the project • Ensuring overall quality and developing recommendations based on expected impact • Communicating risks and opportunities to ensure staff alignment • Reviewing and signing off on deliverables as client ready including protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and slides • Identifying necessary deviations from templates to ensure content aligns with objectives • Involvement in business development and participating in sales calls • Leading study conceptualization and drafting proposals for clients • Line management responsibilities including ensuring appropriate staffing and creating development plans for direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience, at least four in a consulting environment • Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research e.g., health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team • Awareness and understanding of financial performance on projects • Ability to line-manage and mentor direct reports and ensure positive staff wellbeing/team dynamic
