📋 Description
• The Manager works collaboratively within a team of Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems. • Responsible for performing billable work for clients and manage a significant workstream or project. • Develop recommendations and solutions for client consideration. • Assist and manage risk and issues with project leadership. • Provide mentorship and guidance to all staff working on projects. • Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects.
🎯 Requirements
• 5 or more years of experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s Degree, RN license or other professional license in clinical area of expertise, PMP/Lean Certification preferred • Ability to conduct analyses, oversee, and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables
