📋 Description

• Establish technical standards and evaluation criteria for healthcare AI solutions • Monitor and translate latest AI research from top-tier sources into practical applications • Design and validate measurement frameworks for AI tool effectiveness across different healthcare domains • Generate thought leadership content establishing Premier's market position • Lead technical due diligence for healthcare systems evaluating AI vendors and solutions • Conduct deep technical assessments of vendor platforms, integration capabilities, and roadmaps • Develop vendor technical assessment methodologies • Create proof-of-concept solutions using AI-assisted development tools • Design and prototype solutions with clients using AI-assisted development • Architect custom AI solutions that achieve measurable improvements in operational metrics • Create technical customer roadmaps for AI implementation and optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 12 or more years of experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field • 15+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical consulting • Experience with Python and understanding of modern AI/ML frameworks • 2+ years experience with the latest generative AI, AI agents, and ML technologies • Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and modern AI system design patterns • Proven experience with AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering • Experience evaluating and architecting large-scale enterprise software solutions • Track record of guiding customers with proofs-of-concept that evolve into production systems • Demonstrated ability translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related ML operations
