• Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of the GPO • Partner with initiative owners to define scope, success metrics, and implementation plans • Conduct impact assessments and ROI analyses • Collaborate with stakeholders to define meaningful KPIs aligned with strategic goals • Build and maintain automated reporting tools and dashboards • Support the rollout of AI tools and capabilities • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
🎯 Requirements
• 2 or more years of relevant work experience • High School Diploma or GED (Required) • Strong analytics skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools • Knowledge of process improvement technologies such as Lean Six Sigma • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • 3-5 years of process improvement, quality improvement, business analysis, strategy, or transformation roles • Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Analytics, Economics, Business; master’s degree preferred
