• Lead and grow our sales team. • Coach and train the team from prospecting (lead generation) to scheduling qualified meetings (outbound). • Develop scalable processes to ensure consistent success. • Play a key role in achieving sales targets, enhancing team performance, and driving process improvements. • Report directly to our Co-CEO. • Stay informed about solution, value propositions, and customer base to align sales efforts effectively. • Develop and drive team objectives, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals. • Provide coaching and training to Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Lead Development Representatives (LDRs). • Implement and refine processes to ensure CRM hygiene and maximize sales efficiency. • Build reports/dashboards to oversee sales activities and performance metrics in the CRM. • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to share insights and improve strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional English and strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Cold emailing, social selling, and cold-calling experience are crucial • 3+ years of top-of-funnel (outbound) sales experience • General knowledge of domain setup • Resourceful - when new problems arise that we haven't come across before, you won't let the roadblock stop you from finding a solution • Scrappy and fast - ability to create your own ad-hoc training as needed and create resources for the team as needed • Analytical - you use data to back up your statements frequently and understand what it means to be data-driven • Strong business acumen - you understand things quickly and well • Able to handle multiple priorities and time pressure • Eager to build hype around our solution (productivity) and social mission (gender equality)
