📋 Description

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures addressing customer business outcomes and aligning with Presidio capabilities • Partner with Field Sales on customer engagements, technical discovery, and proposal development • Develop solution diagrams, technical write-ups, and architectural decision records • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to validate technical feasibility and inform roadmap priorities • Lead technical discovery sessions, whiteboarding workshops, and architectural reviews with customers and partners • Support RFP/RFI responses with technically accurate content • Build and maintain reference architectures, solution patterns, and best-practice documentation • Stay current on AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, and industry trends to inform solution strategy • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and solution architects across SEG • Contribute to internal communities of practice and knowledge-sharing forums

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in solution architecture, technical pre-sales, or related roles, preferably in AI/ML or cloud technologies • Hands-on experience designing AI/ML solutions and architectures for enterprise customers • Familiarity with cloud hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their AI/ML service portfolios • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience • Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and frameworks, including model training, inference, and MLOps patterns • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML service portfolios • Familiarity with data platforms, integration patterns, and modern application architectures • Familiarity with solution architecture methodologies including TOGAF and modern architectural patterns • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work across Sales, Engineering, Product, and customer teams • Customer-centric thinking with a focus on outcomes and value realization • Self-directed learning orientation and ability to stay current on emerging AI/ML technologies and industry trends • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment
