📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of client-facing projects and programs across diverse service offerings • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT solution initiatives from inception through completion • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery leadership to align with customer objectives and Presidio’s strategic goals • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues • Drive execution through project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and performance tracking • Identify and resolve risks, issues, and escalations related to scope, schedule, and budget • Facilitate project ceremonies including Scrum meetings, program reviews, and technical deep dives • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget; escalate as appropriate • Maintain detailed program documentation using standard project management tools • Liaise between business and technical teams • Lead cross-functional, virtual, and offshore teams • Ensure programs align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable client value

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading all aspects of IT projects, including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, and change control • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • Strong business acumen with a client-focused and sales-oriented mindset • Ability to translate vision into execution • Executive presence and ability to engage senior leaders and clients • Expertise in PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • PMP, CSM, or comparable professional certification preferred • Experience leading programs involving AWS and/or Azure preferred • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management capabilities • Proven leadership skills, including team development and motivation • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and emerging technologies • Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, and/or military experience • 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management and consulting
