🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend development • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. • Good knowledge of event-driven architecture, microservices, and domain-driven design. • Enthusiasm for trying new technologies and helping other developers grow. • Self-motivated, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and accountability for deliverables. • Experience working in an Agile environment • Nice to have: • Good knowledge of functional programming languages • Professional experience with at least one of Rust or Elixir • Knowledge of TDD • Knowledge of RabbitMQ/Kafka
