📋 Description
• Provides analysis of workflow, recommends solutions and implements application solutions to meet department needs. • Translates department requirements into business functional requirements. • Performs design, development, system configuration, implementation and support of assigned Epic applications. • Responsible for planning, training and evaluation of application functionality. • Investigates end users’ preferences while making build decisions and analyses business operations. • Builds and maintains Epic application content as assigned by department lead/manager. • Completes thorough unit testing of all builds prior to handoff for functional and/or integrated testing. • Maintains regular communication with Epic representatives and collaborates with the end user community.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information services, health administration, business administration, health sciences or related field of study • Two (2) years of Epic or integrated EMR experience • Epic Module Certification as required by the position • Presentation skills • Communication skills • Interpersonal skills
