• Pro Coffee Gear is a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in espresso machines and related parts. • Seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to join our leadership team. • Oversee all aspects of financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management. • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness. • Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and board-level presentations. • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership. • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, tax regulations, and reporting requirements. • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies. • Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering professional growth and development.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required • CPA certification strongly preferred • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA preferred • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience • At least 3-5 years in a Controller or senior financial management role • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or inventory-based businesses strongly preferred • Public accounting experience with Big 4 or mid-tier firms is a plus • Advanced expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, SAP, etc.) • Experience with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems • Strong understanding of business intelligence and reporting tools • Deep understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles • Comprehensive knowledge of US tax system, regulations, and reporting deadlines • Proven track record of successful month-end and year-end close processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail • Experience in process improvement and change management • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting
