📋 Description
• Manage and analyze sales, expenses, and performance reports to generate clear, data-backed insights. • Build dashboards and models that track the company’s financial health and sales performance. • Handle bookkeeping and maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date financial records. • Lead payroll review, billing, and payment processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. • Review and process agents’ invoices and commissions. • Reconcile accounts and track inventory, ensuring data alignment across systems. • Partner with leadership to forecast revenue, model growth scenarios, and monitor KPIs. • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities across finance and reporting.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or data analytics roles. • Strong analytical mindset with experience transforming raw data into insights. • Excellent financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting abilities. • Skilled in identifying trends and presenting data clearly to non-financial audiences. • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving instincts. • Self-starter who thrives in an evolving, fast-paced environment. • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards, automation). • Experience with financial and reporting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Airtable, Power BI). • Familiarity with workflow and automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, and Make. • Comfortable working with project and data visualization tools like Asana, Vibe Canvas, and Lucid. • Experience integrating data across systems to create unified dashboards or reporting flows. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
