📋 Description

• Handle Polish and English-speaking customers’ requests via e-mail and live chat • Dealing with technical issues reported by customers • Represent the company while interacting with customers and partners • Cooperate internally with other company departments to resolve customers’ queries

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent command of Polish and English in both speech and writing • Empathy and passion for helping others • Patience and ability to work under time pressure • Proficiency in using the computer • Ability to explain complex functionalities in an understandable way • A team player attitude • Open mind and readiness to learn new things constantly • Nice to have: Previous experience in the hospitality industry • Experience in a similar position or customer support
