📋 Description

• Deliver a consistently exceptional product experience and drive sustainable growth. • Lead the development of communication products, focusing on user-centric solutions. • Create a comprehensive customer acquisition and retention strategy driven by data. • Use AI-powered insights for optimization across the customer journey. • Conduct continuous product discovery in close collaboration with the UX team. • Translate strategy into pragmatic roadmaps. • Navigate discussions with business stakeholders to embed product strategy. • Establish clear success criteria for product initiatives. • Maintain and enhance communication with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a higher product leadership role. • Proven track record as an advocate for a product-driven approach and product mindset. • Extensive experience in developing AI-driven CRM, communication, and guest relationship management products. • Passionate about leveraging AI to create smarter, more personalized, and continuously improving products. • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies for market research and user insight generation. • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. • Highly developed communication skills in English and Polish (minimum C1 level required in both). • Deep understanding of Agile product development processes.
