• Promenade (formerly BloomNation) seeking Marketing Operations Manager to support sales, marketing, and onboarding teams • High-impact, highly technical role driving efficiency, insights, and operational excellence across Marketing • Scale lead generation and customer acquisition by managing systems, data, and campaign processes • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Onboarding to ensure seamless handoffs, clear attribution, and consistent reporting • Primary home is Marketing; focus on empowering team with better tools, better data, and better outcomes
• 2-3+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations or Marketing Strategy role • High Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Pardot, and automation best practices, etc • Understand attribution, funnel stages, campaign tagging, and lifecycle tracking • High Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office • Know how to translate business questions into dashboards, workflows, or logic flows • Have a passion for marketing strategy and want to scale the impact of the whole team • Are a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills • Initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner • Have a result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure • Note: This is a technical role, focused on data, reporting, and team enablement - not a leadership role
