📋 Description

• Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI reports related to revenue cycle performance, including metrics such as collection rates, denial rates, and days in accounts receivable. • Ability to automate and enhance current processes to drive efficiency and accuracy • Identify trends and opportunities to optimize RCM operations • Support month-end revenue reporting and analysis • Assist in departmental forecasting and budgeting of labor and other operating expenses as needed • Prepare and present financial analysis to Executive and Operational leaders within the organization • Collaborate with Data and Analytics Engineers to enhance reporting and data infrastructure • Deliver Ad Hoc reporting and analytics as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field required (i.e. Finance, Software Development, Computer Science, etc.) • 5+ years of relevant work experience required • Experience with databases, reporting, and mining data using Excel required • Experience working with Bl Tools (such as Tableau, Power Bl) required • Healthcare experience required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required • Knowledge of CareTend and/or CPR+ (preferred) • Have an expert level understanding of SQL and stored procedures • Experience and proven ability to drive automation and process improvement to increase accuracy and efficiency in reporting and analysis • Prior experience working with Medicare rules, regulations, billing codes (preferred) • Strong written, verbal, and data/graphical presentation skills • Must be organized and able to multitask • Open to dynamic change and ability to thrive in such an environment
