📋 Description

• Receive and review new inquiries and orders • Communicate with customers about sign programs and answer any questions • Enter new jobs into the project management software and create a scope of work based on the type of job • Research and select franchisee or subcontractors to complete the work • Contact landlords for sign criteria, insurance requirements, and property use-/ subcontractor regulations as needed • Work with the art department to have accurate artwork created • Competitively bid on projects as needed to ensure that clients are receiving the best prices. • Work with manufacturers to have signs constructed per customer requirements • Develop and improve tools necessary for managing projects • Maintain accurate data and statutes within the project management software • Assist team and complete other related tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required • Project management in the sign industry • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
