📋 Description

• Serve as a key member of the central Design org, supporting design needs across the business. • Design elegant UX for complex product flows — including operations tools, automation interfaces, and customer portals. • Lead design decisions for their surfaces, collaborating closely with PMs and engineers. • Work directly with accountants and internal users to understand workflows and pain points. • Regularly use AI tools to prototype, test, and explore ideas. • Participate in and lead design reviews. • Collaborate with user researchers to validate concepts and improve usability. • Extend and maintain design system components in Figma.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience with UX for complex, multi-surface SaaS products (mobile, desktop, extensions). • Proven track record designing tools for both internal ops users and external customers. • At least 5 years of experience, including 2-3 years in B2B or internal Ops design. • High proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and interaction design. • Strong comfort using AI design tooling to speed up or improve workflows (e.g., prototyping, flows, copy). • Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and research teams.
